Return Policy

Plantapy wants you to be satisfied with every dress we make. If you find a product "not suitable" or "defective" after receiving it, you can request a return within the specified period. We will provide a fair and convenient process to protect your legal rights.
Return Validity Period
You can submit a return request within 30 days from the date you sign for the package. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for returns, except for product quality issues (valid documentation required).
Return requests can only be made through two channels: Log in to your Plantapy account, find the order in "My Orders," and click "Request Return"; Send an email to service@plantapy.com (please specify "Return" and your order number in the subject line). Products cannot be returned directly by mail.
Core Return Requirements
A return must meet the following requirements:Product Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and uncut. Tags, care labels, and original packaging (such as dust bags and boxes) must be intact, free of stains, odors, or wear, ensuring resaleability.

Liability: Returns due to "personal reasons" (e.g., choosing the wrong size, dislike of the style/color) will be at your expense. Returns due to "product quality issues" (e.g., holes, fraying, fabric defects) or "our errors" (e.g., incorrect style, color, or size) will be at Plantapy's expense (clear photos of the problem area are required as proof).

Specialty: Custom dresses (e.g., with custom prints or custom sizes) are not resaleable and therefore do not support returns. Please confirm your needs before placing an order.
Step-by-Step Return Process
Submit a return request: Submit a return request via your account or email. Please specify the reason for return (e.g., wrong size/color), quantity returned, contact information, and upload photos of the product in its original condition (for quality issues, please take photos with details of the problem).
Review and Confirmation: We will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will email you the return address, return number, and packaging instructions (please write the return number on the outside of the package for easy identification).
Returning the Product: Please package and return the product within 7 days of receiving the return address (original packaging is recommended to prevent damage during shipping) and retain the tracking number for tracking purposes.
Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days. Once we confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will refund the money to your payment account (credit card/PayPal, etc.). Refund processing time is subject to the payment platform's regulations (usually 3-7 business days).
Return Not Acceptable:
The product has been worn, washed, altered (e.g., shortened), or has tags/packaging missing or shows obvious signs of use;
The 30-day return period has expired and there is no proof of product quality issues;
The product is damaged due to improper storage (e.g., intractable stains, scratches from sharp objects);Gifts or samples (if any) are returned separately, or the gift was not returned with the main product.
