All activities between Plantapy (hereinafter referred to as "we") and you (hereinafter referred to as the "User"), including browsing the Website, registering an account, selecting dresses, and paying for orders, are subject to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. Once you place an order or register an account, you will be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all of these Terms.
Account Usage Rules
Registration Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of your legal guardian) to register an account on this Website. When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (such as your name, email address, and shipping address). If any information changes (such as a change of address), you must promptly update it in your account. You are solely responsible for any issues such as undeliverable orders or inability to contact after-sales service due to false or outdated information.
Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your account password and must not disclose it to others or authorize others to use your account. If you discover your account has been compromised (e.g., if the order was not placed by you), you must immediately contact service@plantapy.com to have your account frozen. You will be responsible for any losses resulting from failure to notify us promptly.
Order Formation and Fulfillment Rules
Order Confirmation: After you submit your order and complete payment on this website, we will send you an "Order Confirmation Email." This email merely indicates that we have received your order and does not confirm that the order has been placed. We reserve the right to review your order within 24 hours (e.g., to confirm the availability of the dress, the delivery address is within our delivery range, and the payment is valid). Once the review is passed, the order will be officially fulfilled. If the review is unsuccessful, the order will be canceled and the payment will be refunded (the time of receipt will be determined by the payment platform).
Price and Availability: The order price is based on the price displayed on this website at the time you submit your order (including the dress price and shipping costs, but excluding taxes. Taxes are collected by the payment platform or logistics provider in accordance with local regulations). If the displayed price is incorrect due to system failure or human error (e.g., significantly lower than the normal selling price), we reserve the right to cancel the order and explain the situation to you. We are not responsible for fulfilling the order at the incorrect price. Also, due to the constant fluctuation in skirt inventory, if you discover that the selected style/size is out of stock after placing your order, we will immediately notify you via email. You will then be given the option to "Change Style" or "Cancel Order and Refund."
Order Modifications and Cancellations: Before your order is finalized (but not yet approved), you can contact customer service to modify your order (e.g., change the skirt size, adjust the delivery address) or cancel your order. After your order is finalized (shipping has been arranged), modifications or cancellations are not currently available. You can request a return after receiving the skirt according to the "Return Policy."
Product Information and Liability
Information: The skirt information displayed on this website (e.g., style, color, fabric, size chart) is subject to the actual product. Due to factors such as shooting lighting, monitor color variations, and fabric batch variations, there may be slight variations between the image and the actual product (e.g., color depth, pattern details). These variations do not constitute "product quality issues" and are not accepted as grounds for returns. Sizing Recommendations: The size chart provided on this website is for reference only. Due to varying designs, there may be slight sizing discrepancies between skirt styles (e.g., A-line skirts and straight skirts). If you have any questions about sizing, we recommend contacting customer service before placing an order. We will provide sizing recommendations based on customer feedback, but the final size selection is yours. Return shipping costs incurred due to incorrect sizing (not due to quality issues) will be your responsibility.Product Use: For washing and care of skirts, please follow the instructions on the product tag (e.g., "Do not machine wash" and "Iron at low temperature"). We are not responsible for damage to the product (e.g., shrinkage, deformation, or discoloration) caused by improper care.
Payment Methods

Payment using "illegal funds" or "other people's accounts" is prohibited. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your order and report it to the relevant authorities. If payment fails due to reasons such as insufficient balance, card expiration, or bank risk control interception, the order will be automatically canceled. We assume no responsibility for unfulfilled orders. If you have already paid but the order displays "Unpaid," please retain your payment receipt (such as a screenshot) and contact customer service for verification. We will update the order status after confirming payment receipt.
Refund Information: If an order is canceled or the return is approved, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid (excluding shipping costs, unless the return is caused by us). The specific time for refunding will be determined by the payment platform's policies (usually 3-7 business days).

The intellectual property rights of all content on this website (including but not limited to dress images, text descriptions, brand logos, page design, and promotional copy) are owned by Plantapy and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. We will pursue legal action and demand compensation for any losses.
Disclaimer
