Shipping&Delivery Policy
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your dresses, Plantapy has established a clear and transparent logistics service system. We currently offer two shipping options for customers within the United States. The details are as follows:
Shipping Method Details
Shipping Type Cost per Order Estimated Delivery Time Suitable for:
Standard Shipping: $5.99 5-7 business days For everyday purchases, no urgent need for clothing (covers most of the continental United States; delivery may be delayed by 1-2 business days in remote areas).
VIP Shipping: $15.99 2-3 business days For urgent needs (e.g., for dates, parties, or pre-travel stocking). Priority processing and delivery are provided after placing your order, covering the same coverage area as Standard Shipping.
Shipping Fee Reduction Policy
Orders with a total payment of US$39.99 or more will automatically receive free shipping ("Standard Shipping" is selected by default).
If you still wish to upgrade to VIP shipping after reaching the minimum payment, you only need to pay the difference between the two shipping methods (US$15.99 - US$5.99 = US$10). You can manually upgrade on the "Shipping Options" page when placing an order.
The shipping fee reduction only applies to single orders; split orders cannot be combined to calculate the total amount. If the order includes a return or exchange, the final payment amount will determine eligibility for free shipping.
Logistics Tracking and After-Sales Service
Logistics Tracking: After your order is shipped, we will send a "Shipping Notification Email" to your order email address. This email contains the tracking number and an official tracking link. You can click the link to view your package's current location, shipping status, and estimated delivery time in real time.
Exception Handling: If you encounter the following issues, please contact customer service at service@plantapy.com for assistance:
Logistics information has not been updated for more than 24 hours;The package shows "delivered" but has not been received;The estimated delivery time is delayed by more than 3 business days.We will promptly communicate with our logistics partner to assist you in tracking your package, verify the situation, and protect your rights.
Special Scenario Instructions
Delivery to Remote Areas: Due to the numerous logistics transit points, standard delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days for shipments to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and VIP delivery times may be extended by 1 business day. Shipping fees remain the same as above, subject to the actual arrangements of the logistics provider.
Holiday Logistics Adjustments: During US public holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Independence Day), logistics providers may suspend or delay delivery. We will post a "Holiday Logistics Notice" on our website 3-5 days in advance to clearly inform you of any delivery adjustments and order cut-off times. We recommend that you time your order accordingly to avoid delays.
Package Receipt and Verification: Upon receipt, please verify the package quantity, style, and any damage (such as torn packaging or product stains). If any issues are found, you may refuse to accept the package and contact customer service immediately. If any issues are discovered after signing for the package, you must provide proof of receipt and photos of the product within 24 hours so we can assist you.
